CREATE INVISIBLE AND VISIBLE LINES IN YOUR DAILY LIFE

CREATE INVISIBLE AND VISIBLE LINES IN YOUR DAILY LIFE

Perhaps because the designer’s background, I like lines, as I sketch with lines on a piece of paper, my mind travels through the world of 3D. And don’t we also play in the lines every moment of our daily lives?

I hope that today you will follow your heart and create your ‘line drawing’, you will find a different you from the old days!❤

Early in the morning, you jump out of bed, drag the invisible line to the bathroom, wash up, then the kitchen, make a cup of tea… What a complex and interesting line chart this would be at the end of the day, even though you are just repeating the simple routine of yesterday.

When I was a little girl I really enjoyed watching ants. With great enthusiasm and patience I would follow an ant, using a tree branch or a stone, and draw its tracks. Eventually, when the ant returned to its home, I was rewarded with a totem of incredible lines, each time unique. When you find that you are drawing similar line drawings every day, both in your life and in your artwork, maybe it’s time to slow down, stop, think and try…Are you ready? Draw a different line today like a little ant, a line you’ve always wanted to draw, maybe get up, then walk straight to the park, enjoy the wonderful sunrise on that bench alone, listen to the birds’ delightful morning song, and breathe in the smell of the morning mist…I hope that today you will follow your heart and create your ‘line drawing’, you will find a different you from the old days, the real you, the happier you.

I’m sure you too have some funny memories from your childhood that you cannot forget. What ‘weird’ games did you have? Or endless fantasies? They didn’t seem logical to adults at the time, but it would be fun to share them today, wouldn’t it?

May your everyday be full of fun and creativity like a pure child! Including this weekend, of course.

With much gratitude and love Yue ❤️xx
